7 Drug Interaction Chart
Alprazolam+CBD=Increased likelihood of unwanted side-effects, and decreaeses impact of Alprazolam due to Kratom being an inhibitor of CYP3A4 enzymes, which alprazolam needs to be able to be broken down and be absorbed.
Alprazolam+GABA=Increased side-effect of dizziness, confusion, and poor concentration. GABA will potentiate the effects of Alprazolam, do NOT take together.
Alprazolam+Kratom=In low doses, all strains of kratom run the risk of counteracting the effects of Xanax — preventing it from effectively managing symptoms. In higher doses, kratom has the opposite effect and could make the effects of Xanax too strong — potentially leading to side effects and overdose.
Alprazolam+L-Tyrosine=No Known Interaction.
Alprazolam+Mirtazapine=Causes intense sleepiness and drowsiness.
Alprazolam+THC=Can cause worsened anxiety.
CBD+GABA=Stress reduction, improved sleep, improved mood regulation, better pain management, and mucsle relaxation.
CBD+Kratom=No direct interaction. CBD can potentiate Kratom due to CBD inhibiting enzymes that break down Kratom, leading to a longer-lasting effect.
CBD+L-Tyrosine=Increase in energy.
CBD+Mirtazapine=CBD inhibits the breakdown (metabolism) of Mirtazapine, so there is a risk of overdose-like symptoms when taken together with CBD. Also causes drowsiness.
CBD+THC=CBD reduces unwanted effects of THC, such as paranoia and anxiety.
GABA+CBD=CBD stops the inhibition of GABAergic interneurons, leading to feelings of anxiety and paranoia.
GABA+Kratom=Little-to-no interaction. Reported restlessness.
GABA+L-Tyrosine=May lessen anxiety.
GABA+Mirtazapine=No Interaction. Mirtazapine doesn't affect GABA receptors.
GABA+THC=Can cause worsened anxiety.
Kratom+L-Tyrosine=L-Tyrosine slightly potentiates Kratom. May create tolerance.
Kratom+Mirtazapine=Little reaction. Mirtazapine influences opiod receptors, may cause potentiation of Kratom.
Kratom+THC=Mood elevation, pain relief, enhanced relaxation. Dizziness, sedation, nausea.
L-Tyrosine+Mirtazapine=No Interaction.
L-Tyrosine+THC=Should be avoided, as THC can have stimulant effects which may cause strain.
Mirtazapine+THC=No Interaction
